Every item from Kallisté is a gift

A very special gift to receive, whether it's your a gift you're giving away or just a gift for yourself. Every item shipped from Kallisté Designs is packaged in a navy leatherette box lined with velvet, with twin doors on top that open with a snap clasp. Upon request, a navy velveteen traveling envelope can be substituted. Gift Wrap is available.

My goal in every purchase is to delight you, my customer, and to delight the person you're giving it to. If you'd rather pick a piece of jewelry than a gift certificate, be assured I will work with the recipient to make sure she gets the piece she'll love the best.

To help ensure that, here are my gift policies:

  • Complimentary Gift Packaging included with every purchase
  • Gift Wrap available upon request (I'll be happy to send you a scan if you'd like to see how the piece turned out)
  • Hand written card available on request, written on a high quality Italian note card
  • Free resizing until we get it to fit perfectly
  • All items may be returned/exchanged for 30 days
  • Free Polishing - if you'd like to return a piece to me, I'll do everything I can to restore it to its original shine in my studio
  • If you lose an earring, I'll create a replacement pair for 1/2 the price of a new pair if you return the original to me (subject to materials availability)
  • Ongoing support - If anything happens to your piece at any time after purchase, please contact me, as my jewelry is made to last. I fully stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of the item that you are purchasing. All jewelry purchased from Kallisté is warranted against damage due to manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. In the event of such damage, I will repair or replace the item at my discretion, upon return of the item. Although damage resulting from normal wear and tear or from neglect is not covered by warranty, please contact me in any such event as I am happy to work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
