Half-Bangle Bracelets
These bracelets are sold as 2 parts, and are designed to be mixed and matched. The bangle tops are on stiff wire, and the bottom of the bracelet is a chain with clasps at both ends. Because the stones don't go all the way around the wrist it's possible to use much larger stones which results in some very spectacular combinations. It's also possible with the half-bangles to use much more expensive stones but still keep the bangle tops reasonable, so feel free to stock up in one to match every outfit! The chain is the investment — the tops start as low as $20.
Please note: the pairs in the pictures are marked together to make it easier to add a full bracelet to the cart, but any top can be ordered with any chain. If you'd like to order a different pair, or order more tops individually, please let me know which ones via the special order form. See below for more information about available chains.

Very unusual and only available from one supplier, this purple turquoise is heat-treated and permanently dyed "Sleeping Beauty" "gem-quality" turquoise, which is considered one of the best mines of turquoise available. Along with Bali beads silver beads are fired ceramic spacers dipped in fine silver. Carnelian Faceted Disc and Graduated Rounds Half Bangle

Orange and Black Lampwork Half Bangle
This half bangle features hand-made (but not by me, I'm afraid) Glass Lampwork beads that have been heat treated ("kiln annealed") to ensure they'll stand up to the knocks of everyday life. Candy Corn Half Bangle
A whimsical piece, this will definitely elicit comments when you wear it. These handmade (not by me) lampwork beads are made to look exactly like candy corn with silver-plated ceramic beads in-between. These glass beads have been heat-treated (kiln-annealed) to ensure they'll last a long time. Finished off with a classic 2-in-2 chain, this half bangle is the perfect example of why I created this kind of bracelet. Once you buy the chain and an everyday half bangle top, you can indulge in whimsy like this extra top with, granted, less wearability, for a small extra price. One of a kind.

Mother's Bracelet Half Bangle
This is a half bangle bracelet I made for my sister as a mother's bracelet. It's showing 2 names. I would be happy to work with you to create one for the mother in your life. I can picture how to make one with 1, 2, or 3 names ... we might have trouble fitting in more than that without it looking too busy. Price would be similar, perhaps $20 more or less depending on the specifics of the design. As with my other half bangles, we can easily do alternative tops for this so you can switch based on your mood of the day.

Carnelian Forest Floor Half Bangle
Rich, deep red carnelian ovals seem to glow from inside when they catch the light through them. Paired with Sterling Silver Indonesian beads patterned with the leaves of fall, this combination brings to mind walking through the woods in the last few warm days of mid-fall. Special order beads will have to be ordered from Indonesia and may take a bit longer, but are still available.

This piece is head-turning and tends to draw a lot of comments. You'll never see another one like it - one of a kind handmade (not by me) lampwork glass beads blend in surprisingly complimentary colors of purple, off-white, and yellow. The beads have been heat treated (kiln-annealed) to ensure they'll hold up. A beautiful, unique piece, I'm going to have trouble parting with this one!
